Our 44 bed facility in Singleton is set in a quiet area on the edge of town offering exceptional care to our residents. Our residents are treated like family - with activities, comfortable rooms, and delicious food choices at every meal.

Organisational Structure

Mercy Services is a Company Limited by Guarantee (ACN 095 335 309) wholly owned by the Institute of Sisters of Mercy of Australia & Papua New Guinea. The Australian Tax Office has recognised the charitable work of Mercy Services and classed the organisation as a Public Benevolent Institution – meaning it can offer tax deductible receipts to donors.

Board of Directors and the Mercy Services Management Team

Mercy Services is governed by a skills-based board of eight (8) directors who oversee the strategic direction of the organisation to implement strategies and achieve goals in compliance with the Australian Securities Investment Commission (ASIC) and Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).


The Institute of Sisters of Mercy of Australia and PNG appoint all Directors.
