- In August we sent out the first of the monthly statement’s to each client on their individual service budget;
- We have brokerage agreements with various providers that have allowed clients to use their budget to pay for the continued use of their existing cleaner (rather than use our staff);
- We have helped clients use their budget to pay for the purchase, repair or hire of equipment
These are just the changes we have made to date. There will be more flexibility as we assist people put together the support that each person needs for their particular preferences. This puts is the category of very successful organisations as described in the article below.
