Mercy Services are proud to partner with Core Integrity with their Speak Up Integrity Hotline.
This hotline is an independent and externally managed whistleblowing service that exists for reporting of unethical or illegal behaviour and other and other instances of serious wrong-doing that fall under the term 'reportable conduct'.

The Core Integrity service is externally run or alternatively our internal reporting option is available. Both are structured to respect your confidentiality and take every complaint seriously through a thorough investigation.

Our locations across Newcastle, offer a wide range of activities for older people, as well as people living with a disability, to enjoy a professionally prepared hot meal, meet new friends, enjoy music, bingo, games, and activities.
Mercy Services offer a range of programs to assist families and individuals with a range of issues relating to housing and substance abuse support.
